Refund Policy

Because our products are temperature-sensitive research chemicals, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or temperature-abused items. The policy below sets out the limited circumstances in which a refund or replacement may be issued.

1. Damaged or defective shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged, leaking, or with vial contents not matching the order, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the affected product. We will replace the item or refund the purchase price at our discretion.

2. Lost or undelivered packages

If carrier tracking shows your package as lost or has not updated for 10 business days after dispatch, contact us. We will open a carrier investigation and, once confirmed lost, reship or refund the order.

3. Order cancellation

You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Once a tracking number has been generated the order cannot be cancelled.

4. Non-refundable items

  • Opened, used, or partially used vials.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.
  • Items damaged after delivery through improper storage.
  • Shipping fees, except where the error was ours.

5. Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Cryptocurrency refunds are issued in the same coin to the originating wallet at the same USD value.

6. How to request

Email our support team with your order reference and photos (if applicable). Do not return items without a return authorization — unauthorized returns are not eligible for refund.
