You will not
- Administer any product to humans or animals.
- Repackage, relabel, or resell products to non-research end users.
- Make therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, or nutritional claims.
- Use products in violation of any federal, state, or local law.
You will
- Handle products with appropriate PPE and laboratory protocols.
- Store products as directed and dispose of waste per applicable rules.
- Confirm you are a qualified researcher located in the United States.
Enforcement
We may refuse service, cancel orders, or report violations to appropriate authorities. Violation of this Policy may also void any refund or replacement rights.
